About the Presentation:  During this presentation, Suely will explain what is AHP, where it has been used more frequently, and show a couple of academic papers that suggest how to use it for investigations.  She will then walkthrough how she adapted the method to use on her own backlog of cases. Suely will finish by pointing to issues she found during her implementation and invite the audience to propose solutions or better ways to implement it. Suely will point out how something like AHP may be needed even more, as ethics and HR-related complaints volumes increase, which she believes is the current trend.
