Why join the SEMCACFE?

We meet at the Vistatech Center at Schoolcraft College the first Thursday of each month (with the exception of July and August) for our Monthly Chapter Dinner Meeting.
At these meetings, enjoy dinner and listen to speakers present both timely and important information for our profession. Earn CPE's at these meetings as well.
Attending these meetings is an excellent opportunity for you to network with your fellow members.
The cost to attend our Monthly Chapter Dinner Meetings is $45 for members and $50 for non-members. Non-members can attend two meetings at the first-time guest rate of $45/each. After that, non-members pay $50 to attend Monthly Chapter Dinner Meetings.
We also encourage and invite our members to consider participating as a guest speaker at our Monthly Dinner Meetings or provide educational articles for our Newsletter.
Each spring, we hold our Annual Fraud Conference in which we invite top speakers to present and an opportunity for attendees to earn up to 8 CPE's.

Annual Membership is from September 1st - August 31st.

Membership Options:

CFE Member: A CFE Member is required to be a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the ACFE.
- $50.00 - CFE Member
- $35.00 - CFE Member (Retiree/Government Employee)

Associate Member: An Associate Member is not required to be a Certified Fraud Examiner but is required to be a member of the ACFE.
- $55.00 - Associate Member
- $35.00 - Associate Member (Retiree/Government Employee)
Affiliate Member: An Affiliate Member is not required to be a Certified Fraud Examiner or a member of the ACFE.

- $35.00 - Affiliate Member (Retiree/Government Employee)
Student Member: Students must be enrolled in at least nine semester hours (or equivalent) or graduate students enrolled in at least six semester hours (or equivalent) an accredited college or university.
